  • The Cloverleaf Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for projects ranging, but not limited to, Georgia and South Carolina areas. An Assistant Project Manager's job is to make sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. They work on the planning and execution of every step of the project, collaborating with the project manager or other team members who are assigned to the project. The Assistant Project Manager will perform administrative duties, such as organizing and maintaining the project documents, updating database, and helping to manage the project’s budget, along with basic duties, such as setting up phone calls, meetings, and site visits. The Assistant Project Managers will also play a role in coordinating with team members about the project details and working with vendors, clients, and employees to determine and meet project expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform administrative tasks as required, including preparing estimates, invoices , scheduling meetings, and keeping track of the project’s progress, usually with the help of specific software.

    • Reporting to the project manager on the project’s progress through all stages

    • Supporting team members by researching project information

    • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress

    • Updating and reporting on the project’s schedule progress, budget, and spending

    • Collaborating with stakeholders about their needs and goals for the project.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of prior commercial construction and multifamily development experience

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure successful project execution

    • Highly organized and able to multitask

    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    • Supporting team members by researching project information

    • Updating and reporting on the project’s schedule progress, budget, and spending

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Phone and Computer skills including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Procore

    • Sold work ethic with willingness to do what is needed to complete the job and remain on schedule

    • Identify and solve problems
