Cloverleaf Construction completed 30,300 sq. ft. of additional housing and three commercial retail space at Prospect Cullowhee in Cullowhee, NC. This project brought an additional 32 conventional multi-family bedrooms to the Prospect Cullowhee community.
Scope of Work: CM at Risk; Planning, permitting, value engineering, site work, infrastructure, utilities, ground up construction, equipment and fixture package.
