The city of Milton, Georgia chose the CloverLeaf Group to build the new Broadwell Pavilion which features a 40 foot by 52 foot open air heavy timber pavilion with mortise and tenon style construction. The pavilion boasts a large stone fireplace, restrooms and storage facilities. The city of Milton was established in 2006 from the unincorporated northwest part of Fulton County and their central mission is to increase awareness of the equestrian community. Plans for the pavilion include a regular farmer's market, concerts and events, and an annual Christmas in Crabapple celebration.
Scope of Work: Permitting, design, engineering, site work, infrastructure, utilities, and ground up construction.
